I studied Psychotherapy and counselling and became a bit disillusioned because I wanted to find solutions instead of going over problems. I am now a life coach, counsellor and a stress management coach. I believe that if you can change the way your mind works and the way you think, you can change your life for the better. I teach people how to deal with stress with mindfulness and meditation and I train people to work with the mind instead of against it.. I help people identify the unhelpful patterns of thought that are keeping them in an unhappy situation so that they can change themselves or the situation. My aim is to help people in a relaxed, fun, light hearted way to find solutions to their problems.
